How do you to make it easy for me to buy Tickerage online?

To make life simple for our customers, we give you the opportunity to only have to give us your contact and delivery details once.

Just fill in your details and we can add them for you on repeat orders and customers. Click here for us to keep your details safely on file to save you having to enter them with each transaction. We are GDP compliant – please see our customer care section or click on link here to find out more.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders of over £100, £10 for orders under £100. We are very happy for you to make up mixed cases of wines of your choosing.

COVID-19 Update: Whilst the current UK lockdown is in place, we are offering free local delivery on any quantity of wine, we just ask that you are patient whilst we collate orders so we can minimise our travel and environmental impact. Orders over £100 will be delivered by next working day. Please enter code ‘LOCAL’ at checkout if you are within a 10 mile radius of our vineyard.

How quickly can you deliver?

For orders placed before 1pm we endeavour to deliver the next working day before 4pm. A timed Saturday delivery may be available for a small surcharge. Please contact us to discuss. Please see above amendment with regard to free local deliveries whilst UK lockdown measures are in place.

What happens if there is a problem with my delivery?

Just call or email us and we will endeavour to resolve your problem immediately.

Can I buy a single bottle?

Yes you can buy a single bottle of Tickerage, but for orders over £100 delivery is free.

What does a bespoke tour actually mean?

We only arrange private tours and tasting events, meaning we can deliver an event at our boutique vineyard that will be memorable and unique for you.

How can I arrange a bespoke tour or tasting?

We like the personal approach – so just call or email us directly and we can talk about how to deliver and host an event especially for you and your requirements.

What are the advantages of becoming a Tickerage Wine Club member?

As well as sharing vineyard news and events, we offer our wine club members special deals and discounts as well as the opportunity to come together for our inaugural wine club tasting event in 2020.
