A delicious and intense rosé sparkler. A beautiful off-pink colour with sustained bead, this blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes has lovely summer fruits on the nose with hints of ripe cherries. Well balanced acidity with fine bubbles filling the mouth. Rich and creamy with a refined, lasting finish.
3.5g/l dosage - Extra Brut 11% ABV
